SuperKids Fun Run - Neuse River Bridge Run

SuperKids Fun Run – Early registration and packet pickup will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the entrance to the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center, under the pagoda on South front Street.

Race day Friday, April 8, 2022

4:00 to 5:00 p.m. – Check-in & Registration at New Bern Riverfront Convention Center (NBRFCC)

5:00 p.m. – Volunteers will meet the children on the convention center patio and walk the children (and parents) to Union Point using the pathway under the Cunningham Bridge for warm ups.

The Children will be grouped by age and then the races will start.

5:30 to 7:00 p.m. SuperKids Fun Run will Races start at Union Point Park. There is not a specific start time for each race. We will start with the youngest group and the other groups will start by age as the preceding race finishes. Medals will be awarded immediately after each race.

There will be five races for the following age groups: 3/4 yrs., 5/6 yrs., 7/8 yrs., 9/10 years, 11/12 years.  There will be a NRBR medal for the winning boy and girl in each age category.

This year’s kids fun run will also include  Bounce House and Inflatable Obstacle Course, Games, Music, and Treats!

REGISTRATION FEES

The entry fee is $20 per child, and includes a t-shirt, participation medal and a goody bag provided by the Super Kids Fun Run sponsor, Rankin and Flume Orthodontics.  Goody Bags, participation medals & t-shirts will be given out at event and race kit pickup,  OR if you have chosen to participate in a virtual race you may request to have the race kit will mailed for a $7.95 fee.https://visitnewbern.com/event/neuse-river-bridge-run-superkids-fun-run/
