Youth Tackle Football through CIty of NB
Ages 6-12 Registration runs through Friday, July 23rd 2021. Limited space is available. $50 city residents, $80 non-city residents. Flag Football @ The YMCA
For ages 5-12 both boys & girls- Introduces young football players to the fundamentals of the game. Players are led by Y volunteers in drills & games that teach the basic offensive & defensive skills & positions of football. Teams practice for 1 hour on a weekday evening & play games on Saturday. Youth Soccer @ The YMCA
Helps kids become better players, but better people also. A progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Every child gets to play and the games are safe, exciting and fun. We encourage fair play, positive completion & family involvement. 
Elementary & middle school soccer for ages 5-14 years. Players will meet for practice on one weekday for 1 hour & games will be held on Saturdays for 6 weeks.
Itty Bitty Soccer open to girls & boys ages 3-5. Teams will meet on Saturday mornings to both practice & play.

Junior Player Development: Small-sided developmental program for U8-U10 players to master the skills & fundamentals needed to progress in select soccer at the older ages. 
Classic Program: For boys & girls U11-U19 who want a more rigorous schedule and game schedule. 1-year commitment (both fall & spring).

Stars (3 & 4-year-old program): Beginning introduction to the game of soccer for 3 & 4-year-olds.

Little Dragons Program: After school for children 5-7, teaches principles of martial arts & prepares for joining Isshin-Ryu Karate program. Tuesday & Thursday at 5:20pm
Youth Isshinryu Karate: Includes basic moves, Kata or forms, Weapons (must be 10 or older), Sparing, Bully Defense, Ground Work, and Intro to Mixed Martial Arts. Classes are 2x/week for 1 hour on Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-7pm
