Jump on the Polar Express in this 1 Hour tour filled with caroling, a trip to see lights on Canterbury Lance and a visit with “The Conductor” and Santa’s Elves.

Come experience the magic of Christmas on December 3rd. Choose from various time slots beginning at 8 a.m.

We are planning nine festive stations, music, pictures with Santa and a Kids Only gift shop. Come join us for our annual fundraising event!

Experience Christmas magic as you stop by our nine festive stations spread out in the DoubleTree by Hilton New Bern Riverfront. Enjoy a Breakfast Buffet, Photographs with Santa, Whoville & Sweet Shop, Christmas Crafts, Cookie Decorating, Storytime with Mrs. Claus, Letters to Santa (a return response from Santa before Christmas), Bead-making, hand-made Christmas ornaments for each child, The Amazing Andy Christmas Magic Show and a Kids Only Gift Shop. We will also have visits from the CarolinaEast Medical Center’s certified therapy dogs participating in the Thera-Paws program.

Breakfast with Santa proceeds enables the CarolinaEast Foundation to fulfill our mission of assisting patients, individuals and families through our patient assistance program in our five county area. Light Up the Season, Friday, November 26, officially kicks off the Beary Merry Christmas 2022 season in New Bern.

Annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting - 6pm
Santa Parade to Middle Street (to follow Christmas Tree Lighting)
Bear Plaza Light Up!

Live Entertainment  - 5:30pm
Union Point Park

Middle Street Block Party  - 5pm to 8:30pm
Music, Crafts, Reindeer Games, and Trackless Train

The 30ft artificial tree is sponsored by the generosity of the greater New Bern community and will be located at Union Point Park.
